About
I'm a Power Platform Developer in the UK public sector, where I own Power Platform solutions end to end — from discovery and design through to deployment, governance and continuous improvement. That means real, hands-on work across the whole platform, not one corner of it: canvas and model-driven Power Apps, cloud and desktop Power Automate flows, Power BI models and reports, Dataverse data design and security, and the environment, DLP and ALM administration underneath.
My background in law enforcement and community safety sets my work apart. I spent years on the frontline of the services I now build technology for — most recently leading a team of enforcement officers — and completed an MSc in Software Engineering alongside the day job. So I understand the operational pressures, the compliance requirements, and what it actually takes for a solution to work in the public sector.
Beyond the Power Platform I also build for the web and for iOS (Swift and SwiftUI), and I care about the engineering side of low-code: proper ALM, CI/CD through Azure DevOps, and solutions the next person can maintain.

Mobile-first case management for a public-sector enforcement team. Officers record activity, evidence and outcomes in the field instead of writing up afterwards, with a Power BI dashboard for live management oversight — the platform later projects build on.
Replaced a manual, spreadsheet-and-email Fixed Penalty Notice process with an integrated Power Platform workflow. Officers issue notices directly in the field and each one writes straight into the central register — with a clean audit trail for a legal enforcement process.
Led delivery of a governed performance-management platform for a UK public-sector organisation, replacing dozens of monthly spreadsheets with a single system: automated data collection via Teams adaptive cards, approval workflows, and Power BI dashboards with row-level security.
A single source of truth for a ~£24.5m schools capital programme, replacing a sprawl of spreadsheets and trackers. Tracks every building project from initiation to final account across two procurement routes, links actual finance spend without duplicating it, and enforces governance through workflow rules.
A model-driven Power App on Dataverse that gives a housing team one place to manage every maintenance request across the whole area — from the initial report through triage, surveyor inspection and contractor work orders to completion — so internal teams, surveyors and external contractors all work from the same record.
